Pancake Day!!!!

The reason I loved this day as a kid was because it was the one day of the year i wasn't forced to eat manky meat and two veg for dinner!

My top tip for making pancakes is to make the batter and then leave it in the fridge for at least an hour before cooking.

If your fed-up of caster sugar and lemon juice or Nutella as your pancake topping you can try my recipe for Suzette sauce. Melt about 25g butter in a pan, add to it 25g sugar and dissolve, add to this the juice of one orange and the rind. Bring to the boil and then simmer until the sauce is reduced to a thick texture.

Have to say there was definitely a wedding dress theme this year amongst a lot of the stars, not really sure why.
But some of my fav's include: Jennifer Aniston, Heidi Klum, Freida Pinto and Alicia Keys
Definitely a case of sack the stylist include: Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Tilda Swinton, Jessica Biel and Meryl Streep.

Blog Writers Block

I'm only on my second post and already I'm suffering writers block! Its only now I'm realising how much pressure there must be on regular bloggers to come up with interesting posts at least once a day if not more often! Think I might just have to stick to the day job! :)

Maybe something really interesting will happen to me on my journey home from work this evening and ill wake up tomorrow relieved that I will already have something to write about!
